BookYourWheels is a transportation service platform that provides chauffeur-driven car services across various cities in India. Our services may be delivered through our own fleet or through trusted third-party transportation partners.

Customers may book services through the BookYourWheels website, phone, email, or other official communication channels. To complete a booking, customers must provide accurate details including:
BookYourWheels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion in situations including operational limitations or suspected misuse.
The fare for each booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation based on the selected service, vehicle category, travel duration, and distance. Customers may be required to pay either full or partial payment in advance.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time at which the booking is cancelled according to the following schedule:

For airport transfers, chauffeurs may wait for a reasonable complimentary waiting period. Beyond this, additional charges apply. For hourly rentals and outstation trips, duration and distance will be based on the selected package or agreed itinerary.
Customers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Customers must treat the vehicle and chauffeur with respect, follow all laws, and ensure passenger numbers do not exceed capacity. Damage due to negligence will be the customer's responsibility.
Smoking, consumption of illegal drugs, carrying hazardous items, and harassment of the chauffeur are strictly prohibited. BookYourWheels reserves the right to terminate service immediately without refund for unsafe or illegal behavior.
While we strive to provide the booked vehicle, availability may vary due to operational reasons. In such cases, a similar or upgraded vehicle will be provided to ensure service continuity.
BookYourWheels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, breakdowns, or government restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
Expenses such as toll charges, parking fees, interstate border taxes, and additional stops are payable separately during the trip or added to the final invoice.
BookYourWheels is not responsible for any items lost, forgotten, or damaged inside the vehicle. Customers are advised to check the vehicle before leaving.
BookYourWheels may fulfill bookings through verified third-party providers. While we work with trusted partners, we are not liable for actions beyond our reasonable control.
Users agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent bookings or unauthorized access. We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these conditions.
BookYourWheels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
