What You'll Do
  • Own day-to-day chauffeur and vehicle operations across assigned city
  • Manage a team of 20–40 chauffeurs — scheduling, performance, and training
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in your city
  • Ensure 98%+ on-time delivery across all trips, with real-time problem resolution
  • Coordinate with the central fleet team on vehicle maintenance and allocation
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in operations management, ideally in logistics, hospitality, or transport
  • Strong people management skills — calm under pressure, firm but fair
  • Excellent city knowledge and network in Bangalore or Mumbai
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, ops dashboards, and data-driven decision making
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language a strong advantage

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain the core BookYourWheels platform — booking engine, admin panel, and client dashboards
  • Develop RESTful APIs consumed by web and mobile clients
  • Optimise performance, security, and reliability of production systems
  • Integrate third-party services — payment gateways, maps, flight tracking APIs
  • Work directly with the CTO and operations team to build tools that solve real business problems
What We're Looking For
  • Strong PHP / Laravel backend skills — minimum 3 years production experience
  • Comfortable with MySQL, RESTful API design, and Git workflows
  • Frontend competence with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React a bonus)
  • Experience building booking or logistics systems is a significant advantage
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable shipping fast in a small team

  • Work with ops and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — hospitality, travel, or services preferred
  • Strong network within the corporate sector in your target city
  • Polished communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi

  • Escalate and resolve service issues with zero client disruption
  • Maintain trip logs and generate end-of-shift reports for operations review
What We're Looking For
  • 1–3 years in a customer service, control room, or travel desk role
  • Calm under pressure — able to manage multiple live situations simultaneously
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi essential
  • Comfortable with Google Maps, tracking dashboards, and CRM systems
  • Available for rotational 24/7 shifts including nights and weekends
